Anteros Arts Foundation, 2019.

I was able to perform a set of poetry at the Anteros Arts Foundation, in Norwich, for an audience interested in young talent in East Anglia. I read a selection from my ongoing work-in-progress Chapbook, entitled This and That.

I would like to thank Young Norfolk Arts for the work I have been able to do with them, and for giving me a platform for my spoken word in East Anglia.

The Swansea Fringe, 2019.

At the Swansea Fringe this year, I was very excited to be reading a set of my poetry. The Swansea Fringe Festival is all about showcasing the music, poetry, comedy and theatre talent that is hiding in this wonderful city.

I was thrilled to be able to read my published poem “The World Within the World”, which can be found in my portfolio page, as published by Crepe & Penn.

Poetry and Photography Exhibition, “Homeground” at the Brynmill Coffee House.

I was thrilled to be able to work with photographer Lesley Davies to produce a poem for her latest exhibition at Brynmill Coffee House, “Homeground.” My poem hung alongside her exquisite photos of Swansea scenery - the place we can both call home.

Poetry Exhibition, “Song of Sapwood”, at Brynmill Coffee House

In 2019, I had the privilege of working with local photographer Lesley Davies, writing poetry alongside her brilliant photos of trees, for her exhibition “Song of Sapwood.” The photos hung alongside my poems for the month of April, and were readable and viewable by the lunch-makers and coffee-goers in this lovely, Swansea coffee house!

A photo and a poem hung around the cafe walls.

Long-listed at The Oxford North Wall Arts Centre

I had the privilege of being long-listed for the Alchemy Festival at the North Wall Arts Centre in Oxford, as a playwright, with my script “The Televangelist.”

The long-listed playwrights were invited to weekend long workshop, where we met with directors, producers and other playwrights, discussed and read our work, and got feedback from all different kinds of theatre creatives. It was a wonderful experience.

We were able to stay in wonderful on sight accommodation. I really admire the work The North Wall does with aspiring theatre makers! Being long-listed was a great achievement.
